Additional Photos from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site plans for the financier's private tropical island among the released materials.

Furthermore included in this recent photograph release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.

You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.

The site plan is annotated in notations in red and contains a notes section detailing different parts of the property.

Alongside this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as plans for dock shelters.

Additional materials released as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
